Position - Payroll Officer
Part time - 3 days per week.
Salary £22,000 per annum Full Time Equivalent
Main Purposes of Role
•Assume full responsibility for the production and administration of the Bank Staff Payroll.
•Support Payroll manager with monthly payroll input and holiday cover.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Receive weekly timesheets and process through the in house payroll system.
•This may include direct manual input as well as uploading from spreadsheets.
•Calculation of SSP and NI adjustments as necessary.
•Calculation of overtime and bank holiday hours.
•Maintain payroll records for starters and leavers.
•Issue P45’s as necessary.
•Process RTI submissions.
•Produce electronic payments file.
•Distribute timesheet copies electronically.
•File payroll reports and paperwork as necessary.
•Assist with monthly payroll input.
•Cover for Payroll Manager when on leave.
•Assist with administration of Pension schemes
