Corporate Marketing Administrator
This position has responsibility for:
a) Processing internal and external orders and payments for marketing materials.
b) Supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of corporate and point of sale materials.
c) Managing sales incentive and recognition programmes.
d) Assistance with planning corporate seminars and hospitality events.
e) To perform ad-hoc administrative duties for Membership and Online Marketing teams as directed.
KEY RESULT AREAS
•Liaise with Sales, regional offices, Finance and resorts to efficiently process orders and invoices for marketing materials. Maintain accurate records of orders.
•Develop yearly production/distribution schedule for corporate and point of sale materials including quantities, unit costs, language requirements, production timelines and delivery schedules.
•Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of design, production, promotion and distribution of materials.
•Update and amend existing materials in line with corporate directives or modifications to benefits/services. Update relevant information on intranet.
•Involve relevant departments (legal/ creative) in brochure development.
•Track, manage and account for all expenditure for brochure development/printing as approved in the annual corporate marketing budget.
•Oversee the development and ongoing management of the sales incentive programme, Winners Circle, in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Develop supporting materials and source prizes.
•Co-ordinate the distribution of gifts and plaques to participants in the Chairman’s and Leadership Club programmes in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
•Co-ordinate the purchasing and production of annual resort award plaques and oversee distribution.
•Co-ordinate with event organisers and Sales, to facilitate appropriate logistical arrangements for Interval seminars, hospitality events, exhibitions and trade fairs internationally.
•Research, recommend and procure appropriate promotional gifts for corporate use
•Co-ordinate the translation and production of corporate materials.
•Assist in the research, collation and distribution of information on competitor activities and press releases, trends in industry and current events.
Experience
Essential: 1 year administrative experience in a busy multi-task environment
Desirable: 1 year marketing experience
Production and print knowledge
Exposure to European markets
Knowledge of UK and European address formats
