Premises and Facilities Supervisor
?My client is looking to recruit a Supervisor responsible for the maintenance of buildings and facilities, providing office support services and overseeing the day-to-day work of the Premises and Facilities, DIPS and Reception teams.
?Reporting to the Associate Director, HR & Management Services, this is a varied role involving a mix of desk-based and operational duties.
?Due to the nature of the role, working hours are 7.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday, with reduced hours on one day a week to 4.25pm.
Ideal candidates
?Posse a sound education with good written and verbal communication skills, a practical mindset and aptitude for DIY, relevant previous experience including leading/supervising others, proficiency in using computers (emails, databases, spreadsheets), and a good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace.
?They will also have drive and determination to achieve high work standards, a keen eye for detail, excellent planning and organisational skills, and be able to be assertive.
?A relevant professional qualification would be an advantage (eg. BIFM) but greater emphasis will be placed on previous relevant experience and training.
?The salary offered will be up to ?29,500 per annum, dependant on skills, qualifications and experience.
