• Minimum of two years experience in the care industry • References to verify previous care employment and ability within position • Undertaken an in-depth interview with a qualified consultant • Tested for manual handling abilities in accordance with the EC Directive • Tested and referenced for experience and qualifications within the Elderly and/or Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health environment. • On receipt of references, Employment Plus will then obtain a criminal records check for all applicants before they can join our professional workforce.
