Employment plus is totally committed to encouraging and enhancing all our workers skills. To this effect we have introduced a comprehensive training programme.
Through our formal appraisal system (6 monthly for all our temporary workers) and our comprehensive schedule of supervision (every 3 months for HCAs/Care Workers). We are constantly highlighting and addressing an individuals training requirements and aspirations.
