On joining Employment Plus all consultants undergo six months induction
training where line managers and specialist training staff work
with each consultant to ensure they develop a strong understanding
of the needs of both applicants and clients.
All consultants subsequently attend training sessions on an ongoing
basis, covering subjects such as interviewing, negotiating, equal
opportunities awareness and leadership.
Consultants are encouraged and sponsored to become
professionally qualified by undertaking the Recruitment and Employment
Confederation
training and examinations. Currently our staff are qualified to the
highest level attainable within the recruitment industry.
Employment Plus is aware of the importance of supplying quality
staff with appropriate experience and skills. All consultants are
fully trained on our clients specific requirements at all times to
ensure that only the highest quality applicants are supplied.
